The Board of Director's compensation rate was established by Ordinance 2001-01 at an original rate of $105 per meeting, allowing the option to increase compensation annually by resolution, in an amount not to exceed $5.00 per meeting. 

The Board of Director's compensation for 2023 is $205.00 per meeting for no more than a total of four regular or special meetings or day’s service in any calendar month.
